Standing up to reveal her pert behind, the 22-year-old showed just how much her Dancing With The Stars' twice-winning performances have paid off.
The blonde bombshell finished off her sexy look with a flirty cowboy hat.
Ryan also stripped down to his swimming shorts revealing his tanned torso.
On their pool lounges the couple soaked up the warm rays and relaxed with some reading.
Ryan appeared to be practising his lines ahead of his Oscar hosting duties this month, looking through a script entitled, 'Live From The Red-Carpet'.
He will host a dazzling pre-Oscars coverage for E! Entertainment with Giuliana Rancic.
At first it took some time for Ryan to get into the sunbathing spirit.
Dressed the day before in a t-shirt, shorts and panama hat, lying in the shade, he looked eager to avoid the rays.
But there was no doubt that Julianne was definitely up some fun in the sun, stripping down to a skimpier floral bikini and accentuating her curves with a slathering of sun tan oil.
Earlier in the week, Ryan made it no secret that he was whisking his lady love away by announcing it via his Twitter account.
'What are the rules when a guy takes a girl out of town on a 3-day weekend? King bed? Double beds? 2 rooms?,' he tweeted.
This isn't the first time that the American Idol host has whisked Julianne away to Mexico on a romantic break.
In September last year, the couple took some time out for a weekend break at the same spot.
In fact, Ryan enjoys taking his lady love away any chance he can get.
He also whisked the beautiful blonde to Paris in November, where the couple rested and relaxed in the city of lights.
Ryan started dating Julianne early last year, but both have been coy about speaking publicly about their romance.
The young blonde did open up about their romance once, telling chat show host Ellen DeGeneres last year:'He's really romantic. He's not even in town and I got in my car and there are flowers everywhere.
'For my birthday, same thing – flowers everywhere. I was almost embarrassed. You walk in [the hotel room] and you're like, "Is this my room? I don't even know." I'm kind of embarrassed.'
Julianne is the sister of Cheryl Cole's close friend Derek Hough and gained fame during her stint on the dancing reality show.
